Community: Giving Back

Our philosophy is to support the communities where our employees live, work and play. Every employee is encouraged to embrace a charitable cause and get involved. The RJF Group does its' part by giving to the causes dear to our employees.

Community Spotlight
Since 1978, the Montrose Counseling Center has focused on mental health issues in the GLBT community. For the last 20 years, MCC has operated H.A.T.C.H., a support mechanism allowing gay and lesbian youth to meet, fellowship and share concerns.
